Halls Gap vibes 🦘🌄
Waking up to kangaroos hopping past my door was pure magic! The owners were so friendly and gave us great tips on hiking. Room was comfy, lekker hot shower after a long day exploring!
Just a bit noisy from the neighbouring rooms, but not a deal breaker.

The location offers great views, with kangaroos grazing nearby and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The room's ample electrical outlets were a pleasant surprise for gadget lovers, allowing easy charging after a day of exploration.
The property seems to need a bit of TLC. the garden looked untidy upon arrival, and some features in the room felt a bit worn down—like the loose door knob and the older carpet that could use an upgrade. The absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom is a letdown, and expected more comfort from the pillows, which were disappointingly soft.

Enjoying the beautiful mountain views directly from the room made for a delightful stay, complemented by the presence of friendly wildlife like kangaroos right outside. The soft and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after a day filled with local exploration, but noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted the peace. The nearby restaurants offered a great variety, and I loved that a recycling bin was provided, highlighting the emphasis on environmental sustainability.

Kangaroo magic right outside!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved seeing kangaroos up close. The bed had heated pads, which was super cozy. Black Panther Café nearby gave us a nice 10% discount too! Only thing was, the bathroom could use some freshening up, but overall, it was a cute spot!

The location is perfect for families with teen kids. We loved exploring nearby Lakes Bellfield and Fyans for kayaking and birdwatching. The self-catering features really came in handy, making it easy to enjoy breakfast together. The beds were comfy too.
In my wife’s opinion, cleanliness could be improved for families.
